Motorola ( NYSE: MOT )’s next Android, code-named Zeppelin, may be unveiled at the Mobile World Congress next month in Barcelona. The Zeppelin package includes a 3.1” HVGA display, Wi-Fi, GPS, HDMI out, 3.5mm headphone jack, and 5 megapixel camera with flash, all surrounding a juicy core of Android, wrapped in a thick layer of motoblur. Android Controls Robot, Human Enslavement Imminent

You know when Google ( NSDQ: GOOG )’s mobile operating system is capable of controlling the movements of a $3000 Japanese robot, it’s only a matter of time before even bigger robots fall under Android’s devious sway – throw in a dash of self-awareness, and you’ve got a dystopian future where an amalgamate mothermind of Android phones independently controls legions of disposable (yet deceptively adorable) robots and Christian Bale cusses off coworkers in between the dropping bombshells.

Nexus One: Unboxing Google’s first ’superphone’

Google ( NSDQ: GOOG ) wouldn’t be Google if they didn’t launch the Nexus One without building up hype for the handset. One of the ways the Mountain View, CA-based search giant did that was to coin a new term to describe their Nexus One – “superphone.” Seeing as how the new Android phone packs the most advanced smartphone features available today, the new Android 2.1 OS, and a handful of innovative software and hardware technologies, Google saw fit to call the Nexus One a “ superphone .” Not a smartphone, mind you, this superphone is supposed to showcase the possibilities when you put Google and HTC together in the same room.
